This aims to introduce colleges, institutes and scientific departments responsible for the preparation of its staff. More specifically, it aims to define their facilities and objectives of the administrative, policy and administrative regulations governing the work of the services they provide to their audience as well as to identify institutions, organizations, and bodies of Arab and international organization of sport for all, to identify the organizational composition (organizational structure), objectives, laws, and regulations governing the work of them and cooperate with them to achieve the desired goals.
